Fill Out Form
The easiest way to enroll is online submission through your company intranet. If not, submit paperwork provided by your company's HR department. You'll be asked to indicate the value of gifts you've donated to Christ Church. We will provide you with an updated giving statement.
Review
Our Office of Development along with our Finance Department will review your submission documents for accuracy.
Submit
Once you've heard back from us, you may submit all required forms to your employer. We will take care of the rest!

Give Non-Cash Items to Fund Ministry
