As the Information Technology Intern, you will be working with the Information Technology Department assisting in desk support, troubleshooting, and backend infrastructure for IT Projects.

What You Will Learn:

• Microsoft Technology (Active Directory, Windows DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, Hyper-V, Microsoft Exchange.
• Vmware Vsphere.
• Networking (network switches, Wi-Fi infrastructure, firewalls and routers).
• Automations for deployments (operating systems, applications, patches and updates).
• Shared Storage devices (Network attached storage).

What You Will Do:

• Monitor help desk support requests.
• End-user troubleshooting support to various levels of technical and non-technical staff.
• SQL Database/Report writing.
• Assist with ongoing IT projects.
• Working on the backend infrastructure (servers, storage devices, switches and routers).
• Support PC hardware components, desktop operating system software, and application software.
