As the Information Technology Intern, you will be working with the Information Technology Department assisting in desk support, troubleshooting, and backend infrastructure for IT Projects.
What You Will Learn:
- Microsoft Technology (Active Directory, Windows DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, Hyper-V, Microsoft Exchange
- Vmware Vsphere
- Networking (network switches, Wi-Fi infrastructure, firewalls and routers)
- Automations for deployments (operating systems, applications, patches and updates)
- Shared Storage devices (Network attached storage)
What You Will Do:
- Monitor help desk support requests.
- End-user troubleshooting support to various levels of technical and non-technical staff.
- SQL Database/Report writing
- Assist with ongoing IT projects
- Working on the backend infrastructure (servers, storage devices, switches and routers)
- Support PC hardware components, desktop operating system software, and application software.
