Middle School Director/Administrator
The role of the Middle School Director/Administrator is to provide primary leadership, oversight, and coordination of the ministry and operations at both our campuses (Montclair and Rockaway, NJ).
Provide a comprehensive approach to leading youth into a relationship with Jesus and discipling our Middle Schoolers to higher levels of spiritual, intellectual, and emotional maturity.
Provide direction and oversight, along with the Teen Ministry team, to both regular and ongoing services in addition to various other activities, trips, and conferences.
Conduct regular services with Middle Schoolers within the bi-monthly Teen Church, monthly Wednesday night Bible study, LIFE and LIFE Activity Groups.
Work alongside the Associate Children's Ministry Director in administrating master scheduling, team management, supply, inventory, campus pastoral reports, budgeting, strategy, and all other internal operations.
Provide oversight to the volunteer leaders serving Middle Schoolers at both our East Campus (Montclair, NJ) and West Campus (Rockaway, NJ).
Plan, schedule, and conduct activities outside of regular service including a minimum of one (1) monthly activity.
Minimum of three to five years of experience in church ministry in a similar context is preferred. Also bachelor’s degree or appropriate training is preferred.
Digital Marketing Lead (Full Time)
The Digital Marketing Lead will be responsible for in-depth knowledge and the successful development and implementation of Christ Church’s social media and online marketing strategies. The position is responsible for management and maintenance of the Christ Church USA Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram platforms; promotion of church events; and will determine methods of digital interactions that fit into the broader congregational experience. He/she is responsible for organizing information shared by church leadership, and ensuring that best practices are followed. He/she will also collaborate with Media team on specific digital strategies and identify requirements for all creative assignments including: email, banner ads, landing pages/microsites, mobile sites/apps and website development.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
The candidate must possess a minimum of a bachelor's degree in business (or a related field), though an MBA is preferred.
Extensive experience with Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
Graphic design skills desirable.
Proven competency with social media, email marketing strategies, website strategy development, and web analytics.
Proven grasp of all paid media mediums including remarketing, display & content, mobile, video.
Experience creating and developing digital marketing best practices within an organization.
Manager of Facilities (Full Time)
Manager of Facilities will provide scheduling, guidance, and oversight to a department of six in proper execution of all facilities maintenance projects consisting of but not limited to: chiller maintenance, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and construction.
Candidate will work with external contractors to ensure proper project management.
Dialog and interface with Director of Operations to determine best–in-class practices for the execution of facilities department.
Work with the Information Technical Manager to ensure that the surveillance and access systems are functional and operational 24/7.
Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Facility Management; minimum of Associates Degree and possess pertinent certificates in boiler and related equipment maintenance.
Youth Ministry West Campus Director (Part Time)
The role of the West Campus Youth Director is to provide vision, oversight, and leadership to ministries, departments, and programs for all high school students. Its purpose is also to ensure Christ Church's vision and goals concerning youth ministry are executed in a Christ-glorifying way that results in relevant ministry to teenagers throughout their varied stages of growth and development.
Responsible for providing shepherding and leadership to all teenagers specifically at our West Campus. Our aim is to develop fully devoted followers of Christ among our teenage population.
Provide ongoing training, leadership development, and fellowship opportunities for all volunteer leaders so that the youth ministry can be better postured to fulfill its missional and visionary goals as directed by the Pastor of Student Ministries.
The applicant must possess strong team-building skills that facilitate a community and cohort feel among the youth group along with the East Campus youth ministry leadership.
The candidate must possess a minimum of a bachelor's degree in education (or a related field), though a graduate degree is preferred.
