Note: To be considered for a full-time position, you must be a committed Christian and have attended Christ Church within the past three months.

Chief of Staff (Full Time)

The Chief of Staff (COS) is responsible for a wide range of duties that leads to the health of the entire organization. He/she must provide exceptional leadership and effective management in all areas of staffing and personnel, administration, project completion, community engagement, and development. The department managers generally report directly to the Chief of Staff.

  • The candidate must possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business (or a related field), though an MBA is preferred.
  • The applicant must have a minimum of 10 years in middle- to upper-management positions, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • The COS must be a team builder, with the ability to develop and supervise a group of professionals while keeping production up and the team on task.
  • The COS is also responsible for the analytics of their sphere of control.

Director of Children’s Ministry (Full Time)

The Director of Children’s Ministry (DCM) provides leadership and administrative oversight to the children’s ministry. While the Children’s Pastor provides the pastoral leadership to Quest Kids, the DCM gives organizational oversight and leadership to the department across both campuses. The DCM is principally responsible for clarifying the ministry’s vision, meeting the target goals/metrics of the strategic plan, and developing and executing a comprehensive strategy for ongoing staff and volunteer recruitment, training, and supervision.

  • The candidate will organize, structure, and complete special projects as required by the Student Ministries Pastor (e.g., policy manuals, seminars and conferences, etc.)
  • The DMC will prioritize the Sunday Experience to be an event that is executed with excellence at both campuses.
  • The applicant is responsible for facilitating the creation and implementation of the Children’s Ministry budget—providing oversight, direction, recommendations, and proposals as appropriate.
  • Must possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree, 3-5 years’ experience in leading Children’s Ministry or a school, and 2-4 years’ experience in the field of project development, leadership, recruiting, training, and public speaking.

Manager of Special Giving (Full Time)

The Manger of Special Giving is to provide general administrative oversight to matters of financial stewardship in the life of the church. The position will plan, organize, initiate, and maintain oversight of Development Programs; the Financial Empowerment Ministry (financial counseling of families and individuals within Christ Church); and the implementation of other financial-related programs and/or ministries beneficial to the church.

  • Implement strategies for donor development and cultivation of generous giving.
  • Collect, gather, and compile vital data to measure progress and effectiveness of fund development strategies and major donor engagement and growth.
  • Organize, structure, and complete special projects as required by the Chief Operating Officer (e.g., policy manuals, seminars, conferences, etc.).
  • Minimum requirement—bachelor’s degree in Organizational or Business Management or related field.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in the field of ministry.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in the field of project development, leadership, recruiting, training, and public speaking.

Manager of Facilities (Full Time)

Manager of Facilities will provide scheduling, guidance, and oversight to a department of six in proper execution of all facilities maintenance projects consisting of but not limited to: chiller maintenance, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and construction.

Candidate will work with external contractors to ensure proper project management.

  • Dialog and interface with Director of Operations to determine best–in-class practices for the execution of facilities department.
  • Work with the Information Technical Manager to ensure that the surveillance and access systems are functional and operational 24/7.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Facility Management; minimum of Associates Degree and possess pertinent certificates in boiler and related equipment maintenance.

Facilities Associate (Full Time)

Under general supervision, learns and performs a variety of semi-skilled and skilled manual work in the construction, maintenance, and repair of Christ Church and affiliates.

  • Ability to perform minor and major repair of all buildings and equipment.
  • Ability to perform some electrical work.
  • Ability to complete daily, weekly, and monthly checklists on building equipment maintenance procedures and maintain records of scheduled maintenance procedures.
  • Ability to respond to emergency maintenance requests as required.
  • Ability to assist with the renovation/remodeling of buildings; repair plaster and drywall structures.
  • High School Diploma or equivalency.
  • Valid Motor Vehicle Driver’s License.
