I am passionate and driven toward helping people understand and do what God created them to do, and be what God created them to be. I also firmly believe that being a lifetime learner is more beneficial than any degree or program available.
I enjoy hiking, fishing, reading, and working out. I also like to write and have authored eight books
I grew up in Brick, NJ before moving to Montclair after finishing graduate school. I was a public school teacher in West Orange and Millburn before working at Christ Church. As an undergrad, I went to Rowan University (NJ), and then I attended graduate school at Columbia (M.Ed. in Applied Physiology) as well as Regent University in Virginia (M.Div. with specialization in Church Leadership).
I live in Mount Olive, NJ with my wife Antoinette and our four daughters. We are an active bunch; all of our kids are involved in track and one is in soccer. We enjoy the beach in the summer and have spent many vacations in Lake George, NY in the spring and fall. We also enjoy spending family time together whether it’s cooking, family outings, or just being each other’s biggest fans!
And the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses entrust to reliable people who will also be qualified to teach others.
