Fasting is a powerful, God-given tool that will help you strengthen and activate your faith! It’s also a discipline; when you fast, you’ll be amazed at the insight you’ll receive
into the promises and the purpose that God has for you.
During this 12-day period of extended times in prayer and fasting, let’s press into God for refreshing in the new year that will revitalize us as individuals—and collectively launch us
boldly into The Next Chapter of our ministry. I look forward to hearing your stories about how God showed up for you in a life-changing way!

Come Expecting Your Blessing!
Montclair & Rockaway Friday, January 27 @ 7:30PM
This service will be a time of worship, celebration and an opportunity for you to be personally prayed for by our pastors and prayer leaders through “The Laying on of Hands,” a biblical phrase
that describes a practice Jesus and the apostles used to help people. During this time of personal ministry, we are believing God for life-transforming breakthroughs and a unique blessing.
Our annual, stand-alone Blessing Service was moved from Friday night, January 21; it will now be celebrated as part of our Weekend Experience. This decision was made as part of our overall effort to limit our in-person ministry to Sundays only, for the time being.
Engaging in the spiritual discipline of fasting—the abstaining from food for spiritual purposes—can produce some remarkable results. Some of these proven time-tested benefits of fasting are:
Deeper intimacy with God
Increased sensitivity to God’s voice
Power in prayer
Divine direction in fulfilling your God-given purpose
Fresh anointing to overcome challenges
Creation of an environment for miracles and breakthroughs
Breaking bonds of wickedness and destroying spiritual yokes
Miraculous occurrences of healing, deliverance and the salvation of loved ones
What Type of Fast Is It?
You have 2 different type of fasts to choose from:
The Daniel Fast is a clean, simple, partial fast with no meat or processed foods like white rice, sugar or solid fats. It is a diet of harvestable foods, such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts, beans
and LOTS of water.
Is a fast inspired by Daniel—one of the Bible’s great prophets—who, despite living in a culture steeped in pagan practices, chose intimacy with God. Daniel avoided meats, rich foods and wine. God honored
his obedience. He took Daniel and made him even better.
