Dr. David Ireland is founder and lead pastor of Christ Church, a 10,000-member congregation in North Jersey with over 70 nationalities. A former diversity consultant for the National Basketball Association, Deloitte, and Wycliffe Bible Translators, he has conducted personal development training for the NY Giants, Jets, and at the U.S. Pentagon. His gifts have taken him to over 75 nations, training leaders worldwide, from Australia's outback to Kenya's Rift Valley, Harvard, Indonesia's mountains, and even behind the post-communist walls of Slovakia.

Dr. Ireland is the author of over 30 books and workbooks including The Kneeling Warrior, Answering the Call to Leadership, and Raising a Child Who Prays. Ireland holds graduate degrees in Engineering, Theology, Organizational Leadership, and Social Innovation having completed post-doctoral work at the University of Pennsylvania and the University of Cambridge in England.
