A. Yes. After each and every service, all frequently touched items, including restrooms, will be cleaned and disinfected. This may mean that certain areas will be off-limits while the cleaning process is taking place.
A. All Serving Team members will be asked to confirm their schedule with their captains, prior to serving. On a weekend when you are not serving, and in order to fully comply with maximum-capacity restrictions, you will be asked to register to attend a service.
A. Right now, we are seeing the greatest needs with Ushers, Greeters, Children’s Ministry, Media, and our Welcome Center. You can sign up for these ministries via www.ChristChurchUSA.org/Serve. If you wish to avail yourself to the greatest need, kindly email ChurchLife@ChristChurchUSA.org for further guidance.
A. Yes, most if not all weekend experience serving/ministry teams will receive new procedures from which to operate. Please reach out to your captain in order to learn more. If you have not been able to reach your captain, please email ChurchLife@ChristChurchUSA.org for further instructions.
A. We are encouraging all members, frequent guests, and visitors to register. Coupled with assigned seating, this will provide you with your best experience. If you are unable to register and if the service has not reached its capacity, our Welcome Center Serving Team will do their best to register you as a walk-in. This option, however, is not recommended.
A. According to State and local guidelines, the capacity attendance will be measured by room. All Serving Team members in the sanctuary will be part of the maximum capacity for the sanctuary. Those serving outside of the sanctuary will not be counted toward the capacity of that room, and they will also be restricted from entering if maximum capacity is reached.
