Dear Christ Church Family,
As we enter a new year, we invite you to join us in expectation as we begin grounding ourselves in gratitude through the 21-Day Gratitude Fast.
Rooted in the Apostle Paul's call to gratitude and contentment in every season, this fast helps us set the tone for the months ahead as we intentionally seek and hear God's voice together. We believe this season will bring spiritual renewing—shaping our hearts, strengthening our faith, and transforming our perspective as a church family.
May gratitude lead us into all God has prepared for the year ahead.
Our King Cometh!

Learn MoreSeek God’s wisdom to establish prayer goals, and start preparing your mind, body, and spirit. This may include easing off sugar, adjusting your meal routine, or creating space in your schedule for prayer and reflection.
Join us for two special services where we will come together to worship, pray, and celebrate with friends and family—expressing gratitude and standing in expectation of what God will do.
This service will be a time of worship, celebration, and an opportunity for you to be personally prayed for by our pastors and prayer leaders through "The Laying on of Hands," a biblical phrase that describes a practice Jesus and the apostles used when praying over people. During this time of personal ministry, we are believing God for life-transforming breakthroughs and for miracles.

Check out some of these proven, time-tested benefits in the following list, and listen to the message below from our Lead Pastor, Dr. David Ireland, which unpacks 7 Benefits of Fasting.
Fasting MessageIn 2025, we're adopting a partial fast for 10 out of the 12 days between January 13 and 24. You can choose any 10 days within this period to eat only one meal each day, giving you flexibility in your fasting schedule. But, please consult your physician for medical clearance to fully participate.
In addition, here are some alternative fasting options that you can choose from:
The Daniel Fast is a clean, simple, partial fast with no meat or processed foods like white rice, sugar, or solid fats. It is a diet of harvestable foods, such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts, beans, and LOTS of water.
Abstaining from all food—and drinking liquids only—from sunup to sundown.
Is a fast inspired by Daniel—one of the Bible’s great prophets—who, despite living in a culture steeped in pagan practices, chose intimacy with God. Daniel avoided meats, rich foods, and wine. God honored his obedience. He took Daniel and made him even better.

As we journey through the Gratitude Fast, we’re inviting God to shape our hearts day by day. To help you stay rooted in His Word, we’ve prepared a 21-Day Scripture Reading Plan designed to deepen your gratitude, strengthen your joy, and align your life with Christ. Each week centers on a theme that will guide your reflections and enrich your prayer time. Take a few moments each day to pause, read, and let the Holy Spirit speak to you.
